50 +: This workgroup develops discussions and advocacy that address individuals over the age of 50 living with or affected by HIV & AIDS.

Outreach & Organizing Workgroup: The Outreach Workgroup keeps its ear to the ground to identify areas around the country where action is needed.

Issues and Actions Workgroup: The Issues & Actions Workgroup provides the coalition with in depth policy analysis and suggested approaches to move policy makers at the local and national level to address the legislative issues that will make the difference.

LGBTQQI Workgroup: LGBTQQI Workgroup works to reconnect and redefine HIV & AIDS-related issues in the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, and intersex communities.

SCOUT Workgroup: The Spiritual Communities Outreach (SCOUT) Workgroup develops strategies to collaborate with faith communities around the country to address HIV & AIDS; particularly in communities of color for this is where, historically, major change in these communities is supported.

C2EA Youth: The Youth Caucus hosts the Annual Youth Action Institute as well as assures that there is youth representation throughout the advocacy.

C2EA Women’s Advocacy & Leadership Workgroup: The Woman’s Advocacy Workgroup works to lift the voice of women through advocacy and supports the meaningful participation and leadership of women and girls in the HIV & AIDS movement.
