If your web browser is set up to play mpeg files automatically when you download them, you can just click on this link. Otherwise, right-click (for Windows) or Cntrl-click (for Mac) on the link to save the file, then play it with your system's movie player (probably Windows Media Player or Quicktime). If you need an MPEG player:

For Windows, Windows Media Player, which should have come with your machine, or Real Player.
For Mac, QuickTime, which should have come with your machine.

If you already have an MPEG player installed (likely) and you clicked the link but it didn't play the downloaded .mpg file automatically, you may need to change your browser's preference setting for file helpers used with .mpg files. Or simply go to whereever your browser saves downloaded files and play the movie from there.
