Support C2EA
What is C2EA and what do we do?
The Campaign to End AIDS (C2EA) is a diverse, exciting coalition of people living with HIV & AIDS, their advocates and their loved ones. Together, we're demanding that our leaders exert the political will to stop the epidemic, in the U.S. and abroad, once and for all.

Housing as Prevention

Housing as a structural, cost effective intervention for HIV/AIDS Prevention and Healthcare

One of C2EA’s major advocacy priorities is to ensure that housing is included as a structural intervention for both improved health outcomes and prevention in the spread of HIV/AIDS in not only HIV/AIDS policy but also all service delivery systems. C2EA works with policy makers to:

• Show the evidence of housing as an effective prevention and treatment intervention

• introduce legislation like the HIV/AIDS Housing Resolution passed in the House of Representatives and introduced in the Senate;

• launch campaigns for specific initiatives like appropriating funds to the National Housing Trust Fund

• Include housing as part of the global initiatives for addressing HIV/AIDS
